The top quality of Metallic Mastic Effect is the brand new effect of its coloring: a totally metallic effect that gives the surface a 3D optical illusion. Ideal for pantograph and drawing works to obtain a decorative effect, it is the right alternative to works with “gold leaves”. The continuous research of the Ilpa’s laboratories has led to the birth of this new product to satisfy all the most demanding requests from designers and marble workers.
Contemporary nuances that come to life from the very essence of stone material elements to enhance all the beauty of the new color trends and the most sought-after creative effects. Styles for a new design: Patterns of Light, Urban Stone, Cold Casting and veins of Iridescent Marble. A creative “extra” that becomes the common thread of an all-Italian ability to marry creativity and ingenuity, to offer original and personalized creations.
Metallic Mastic Effect is available (tixo version) on our platform in gold, silver and copper colors. Upon request, we can satisfy the production of different nuances.
APPLICATION
Make sure that the surface to work on is perfectly dry and clean;
Mix well the product;
Using clean tools, take the quantity to be used from the can, adding 1-2 grams of hardener paste for every 100 grams of product;
ATTENTION: using too much hardener could change the final result.
Mix the quantity indicated mixing well the two components;
Apply the Jolly Mastic Metallic Effect on the surface to be glued or plastered,
Hardening times may vary depending on the temperature, they will shorten with temperatures above 25°C and/or lengthen with lower temperatures;
Do not put the catalysed and/or unused mastic back into the can to avoid its deterioration;
Close the jar after use, in order to prevent the product from hardening on contact with the air.
To avoid a change of the final color effect, do not exceed more than 2% in the use of the hardener.
